About this coffee

PERALTA is a delicious blend of honey-processed coffee beans grown by the Peralta family the Nueva Segovia Region of Nicaragua, close to the border with Honduras.

The coffee has been decaffeinated using CO2 Decaffeination process - a chemical-free process that uses compressed carbon dioxide in water to attract and then remove caffeine from green coffee. 

Taste notes: Chocolate, strawberries & blood orange.

We are fully committed to sourcing all of our coffee from farmers who are being treated well and paid fairly at the point of origin. 

Where possible we are building personal links with those we are buying from and actively seeking ways to meaningfully support coffee-growing communities.
